Green Xross Landscaping started business in Seattle in 1999. Previously, we worked in the Commercial Landscaping market for 10 years. We are a Time & Materials based company focusing mostly on the residential market in Seattle and surrounding areas.

We are licensed and insured; we charge $40 per man/hr. and bill at the end of each month for work done in that month. Currently, we are unable to accept credit card payments. An initial consultation is free, but if you choose to hire us, further consultations and any design time is charged per hour.

Typically and realistically, a finished landscaping job with us costs in the range of $5,000 - $15,000. This price range reflects work that might include a front or back yard renovation (on the low end), to a complete 360 degree makeover. Of course, each garden is unique and variables such as yard size, yard access, material availability, client preferences and degree of detail will all influence the final cost.

Individual jobs such as pathways, patios, screens, fences, gates, firepits, planters, rock work, retaining walls, decks, steps or plant selection and installation are all based on T&M. We can, however, provide rough estimates for certain specific features such as a brick/stone patios or pathways, based on square footage.

Any new purchased materials are sold at cost (such as mulch, soil or plants) with no mark-up. The salvaged materials we use are priced by the time spent to gather or find them. In our experience, the cost of salvaging landscape materials and their re-use usually yields a significant savings over buying new.
Different path, same journey.
